  •  Please notify us within 15 days of your purchase, else we will not be able to extend any help in case the purchase exceeds the given time period.
  • Considering the hygienic standards of certain products, we do not accept returns of panties & shapewear.
  • Products purchased under clearance sale will not be returned or exchanged. Products received as freebies will also not be exchanged.
  • Products will be exchanged only if the tags are intact.
  • We do not accept products for exchange or return which are worn or stained.
  • Products kept for exchange or return should be packed properly so that they are not damaged in the reverse pick-up process.
  • All exchange/refund will be processed after receiving the original product(s) back in our warehouse. Once we receive the product(s), we will examine and after the approval, we initiate the exchange/refund.
  • It will take a minimum of 7 to 8 working days to process any exchange /refund.

In case, a prepaid order is canceled, the refund will reflect back in the account within 2-3 working days.
